It was supposed to have started off in a hot air balloon, but because of bad weather the proposal between Princess Anne’s son and 11^th in line to the throne of England, Peter Phillips and the Canadian management consultant Autumn Kelly had to take place during a walk.

Today is the big day and although there has been no spectacular media hype over the wedding which is being held in 16^th century St Georges Chapel within Winsor Castle, following the wedding ceremony there will a reception for family and friends held at Frogmore House in Windsor.

Although it is going to be a private ceremony there is still quite a bit of interest in the marriage, especially as Miss Kelly has given up her Catholic beliefs in order for her husband to be to be able to remain 11^th in line to the throne.
